Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
US Shipping Rates
- FREE standard shipping on orders over $35
- Standard shipping: $8 — typically delivered in 7–15 business days
- Express shipping: $15 — typically delivered in 5–10 business days
International Shipping
We ship to 25+ countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order seems delayed, contact us through our Contact page and we'll investigate right away.
Address Changes
Need to fix a shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, let us know within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
